What are your delivery fees?  Delivery fees begin at $85 for the greater Jacksonville and Tampa markets. Contact us today with your specific event details including the address and any special venue notes like what floor the party will be on, if there is elevator access or stairs only and we can get you a custom quote.

Do you ship?  We do! We love to see Set travel to elevate events everywhere! Please contact us for a custom quote!

Can we pick up our order from your office?  We allow professional event vendors to pick up certain items, but require delivery in all other cases. We just want to make sure our items get to your event in perfect party condition!

Do we have to clean the rentals prior to returning? The only items that must be cleaned are our gold flatware pieces. We require that all flatware rentals be cleaned with detergent that does not contain any citrus (orange, lemon, etc.) ingredients and must be fully dried before packaging back up in the containers provided. This is all laid out in the rental agreement to make sure our pieces stay in tip top condition!

Can you design my event even if I don’t want any rentals? YES! We LOVE making pretty parties happen so give us a ring for a custom quote!

Do you offer Editorial Styling (Food and Prop Styling, Set Design, Installations, etc.)? YES! We love making pretty editorials happen, too! Our styling services begin at $75.00 per hour. We would love to hear more about your big ideas!
